I have bought an IPhone 6. There were an ID mobile SIM card inside (but not working), and I want to use an other SIM card.
Who can I write to Id Mobile to unlock my phone? Have you a mail or an web adress ? What can I do?

We do require the previous owner of the device to contact us, to unlock your device.
Please could you contact the seller of the phone you have purchased and ask them to make contact with us in order to unlock the phone you have purchased?
