unable to call or text a specific number

Hello, im unable to text or call a specific number (My Wife) this is the number i Call the most, can you advise on what the problem may be please

Hi there @AndrewM 

I’ve removed the number to try and prevent any unwanted calls from strangers.  Though the number in question did appear to have a typo in it, which made it not a number that would work in the UK.

 

Can you check in your phone that you have the number entered correctly?  Is she able to call you from her phone ok?

Have you recently changed phone or move a number over to us from a different network?

If you’re using an iPhone.  Can you check Settings > Profile > Names, Numbers, Email Addresses… and ensure the correct number is entered there?
