What is the process to have an iPhone unlocked from the ID network. My phone is long out of contract and I want to use it with another network.
The other question is to ask why is the online support closed. It is stated on the ID website that the support is available from 9am, it's now 9.31am and it's still closed.
Any help would be much appreciated as something that should be easy has been made massively difficult by ID.
