Have you tried another SIM card in there just to make sure that I still locked?
If it is still locked then the quickest option for you will be to call iD Mobile on 7777 or send them a private message on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use Live Chat option on the contact page of iD Mobile Website. When you get through just ask them for the phone to be unlocked and they will do it remotely within couple of day.
