Unlocking my iPhone 6


Hi

 

My daughter has recently (May) upgraded her phone and we are looking to unlock her old phone - Its an iPhone 6 (possibly S).

 

I understand that I need to contact you to arrange this but Nobody is ever available on live chat - your phones are automated and its impossible to speak to anyone, all your social accounts refer back to your website where there is nobody to communicate with - so what do you suggest?

 

I have to say this is the most hopeless and worst customer service experience of any mobile provider that I’ve had to deal with.

I have just been on live chat to have my previous phone unlocked and was asked to send ID to prove who I am as the details provided were not the same you have about me how can that be I have been a customer for almost 2 yrs and just upgraded
