My daughter has recently (May) upgraded her phone and we are looking to unlock her old phone - Its an iPhone 6 (possibly S).
I understand that I need to contact you to arrange this but Nobody is ever available on live chat - your phones are automated and its impossible to speak to anyone, all your social accounts refer back to your website where there is nobody to communicate with - so what do you suggest?
I have to say this is the most hopeless and worst customer service experience of any mobile provider that I’ve had to deal with.
