updated contract

I’ve recently upgraded to a new phone, it has arrived with a new sim that has a different number.  On the app there also isn’t any new update to plan. I am very confused as I upgraded using the app, I didn’t just buy a new plan. I’m also not being charged for my updated plan I’m still being charged for my old plan.

Whenever I try to do a live chat it is always unavailable even when it’s open times

We are extremely busy however please remain on the page without refreshing. 

Once an agent becomes available the box will turn blue.
