I am due an upgrade and like the look of the iPhone xr but unfortunately I can only see one tarriff available for that particular mobile. Am I doing anything wrong oris that all iD are willing to offer me?

If there is only one deal showing through your iD app on ‘Upgrades’ and ‘Plan changes’ then this would be the only deal for you to upgrade to on the iPhone XR.
