Hi. I have an iPhone 5s. Up until a couple of weeks ago, I was happily using WiFi enabled calling at home. I get no mobile or 4G service at home so wifi calling was fantastic, however all of a sudden it has stopped working. My phone now just constantly says “no service”.
My phone is fully updated using iOS 12.1.2.
i have tried resetting my phone and my WiFi router but still nothing.
Any help you can give would be greatly appropriated because people can’t get hold of me at home at all at the moment.
Thanks very much.

WiFi Calling Stopped Working

Welcome to the ID Community,
Sometimes turning the mobile off and back on can kick start the services however, there was an update to the carrier settings recently, you might want to try the upgrade iOS feature again.
[Wont be anything to do with your router]
Should kick start wifi-calling back again, please follow the below: turn wifi on
Please check both 3g and 4g https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/uk-coverage-checker
That should keep you up to date on any ongoing or known issues in your area. If you have in fact done that and it's stating some problems were only recently fixed, then it could be that things haven't completely gone back to normal yet after any such work.
If problems persist beyond a further 24 hours, please get in touch with our Social Media Team over at:

- To check your carrier settings, simply tap Settings > General > About while using an iD SIM. The carrier field should display iD 31.1 or greater.
