So I cant access my account. Can you send me my packcode and terminate my account otherwise I have to stop paying. This is urgent.

- Login to the iD app, or iD My Account online, and ask for your PAC that way.
- Use the iD Mobile Live Chat service to ask for your PAC.
You can find out if you’ve got any cancellation or early termination charges by sending an SMS with INFO to the number 85075.
