I would like my packcode and want to terminate my contract. I have forgotten

 What email I used password

So I cant access my account. Can you send me my packcode and terminate my account otherwise I have to stop paying. This is urgent.

Can I have my packcode please. I have been with ID for a while and wish no longer to continue. I have forgotten my email and password so I cant long on. My number REMOVED.

Please text the words PAC to the number 65075 to get a PAC code for this.

 Okay @Beata Mydlarz, you will need to ask for your PAC - iD will not give you a PAC unless you:

  1. Text the word PAC to the number 65075
  2. Login to the iD app, or iD My Account online, and ask for your PAC that way.
  3. Use the iD Mobile Live Chat service to ask for your PAC.

You can find out if you’ve got any cancellation or early termination charges by sending an SMS with INFO to the number 85075.
