I can't make an account to cancel my contract

I've been trying for Months to cancel my contract.

I can't register because the original number I was given isn't recognised in the registration details, and it seems the only way to cancel is after you've registered.

I can only speak to a bot and not a real person.

There's no email address to contact id mobile.

I've had to now cancel my direct debit.

Please help!!!!

We’re sorry to hear about this issue. It sounds as though you may already be registered if the form won’t accept your details so resetting the password might be a better route to take. That being said, we will send you a PM now to help further.
