Hi. Need to cancel my sons account as he’s lost his phone and I refuse to get him a new one for now. I cannot get onto app or website and phone is lost.
I can’t believe it’s impossible to get in touch with you! Please get back to me ASAP. My daughter already has an id mobile sim which she uses but I’m seriously considering cancelling hers too if I don’t have a response ASAP. Not being able to contact you has really surprised me.
