I’m attempting to re-register for the new app. However something seems to go wrong on step 5 (outlined here). At first I assumed I just mistyped but after attempts 2 → 5 seems like it’s something else. Example:Entered into the registration: Can’t really figure out what I can do to resolve, only idea I have is perhaps it’s also checking the previous data I entered and part of that doesn’t match which is causing an error. As an aside it feels so weird having to “re-register” for an account I’ve had for 4+ years, ID seriously couldn’t migrate the account level information some better way?
So it’s upgrade day and I have the recommended upgrade for my useage. So why as a loyal customer for 3 years should I be getting charged more than if I just cancelled (after my contract is up) and started a new plan with the latest iPhone with mobiles.com who offer cheaper per month by £6, unlimited data yours was 10gb and instead of £89 upfront cost it would be £19
Hi, does anyone know how long it takes for a return to be processed? My device was delivered back on the 9th May by Royal Mail Special Delivery(time/photo and signed for sent), but I’ve heard nothing from ID. I have tried getting some info from the Online Live Chat but seem to be getting fobbed off. My concern is that it has been misplaced and I will have to start a claim with someone. Any info would be helpful.

I understand that data roaming in Switzerland is not included in my plan and I will be charged extra for this. This is fine I will only need access to the internet for 5 mins so I check into my flight when I am in Zurich. I have roaming turned on in my package. I will select the roaming option on my mobile and I have a data cap of £20. Will this mean I will be able to access the internet when I am in Switzerland?do I need to specially connect to any network? Normally when roaming abroad I will turn my mobile data on and roaming on and that gives me access to the internet. ta.

Hi, I'm on unlimited everything (yes I know that's 30gb roaming) and struggled to make calls/text/data since arriving in Spain a week ago. Checked APN and it's "id". Tried restarting phone several times. Tried autoselect network and manual select. Tried resetting internet. What am I missing?

How can it be possible to use 430 gig of data in less than a month when previously in the past 25 years I have never went over 5 gig a month and use my phone the exact same as I have over the last 25 years. It is near impossible to use 430 gig using social media. My phone says I have used 1.6 gig. My first month with id and I'm already thinking of canceling if this doesn't get sorted out. Also my phine is connected to wife for the best part of 14 hours per day
