How to reset your password in the iD Mobile app.

 

To reset your password for the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
  2. Tap 'Get started'.
  3. Enter the email address you'd like to use to register for the iD Mobile app. Tap 'Next'.
  4. Tap ‘Forgot password’.
  5. Re-enter the email address you used when registering. Tap ‘Reset password’.
  6. You'll receive an email with a 6-digit code. Enter the 6-digit code into the iD Mobile app.
  7. Create a new password. It must meet the requirements on the screen. Tap ‘Done’.
  8. Success – your password has been changed. Tap ‘Login’.

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
  2. Tap ‘View your plans’.
  3. Tap the green pencil for the plan you’d like to edit.
  4. Tap on ‘Edit login details’.
  5. Tap on the green pencil in the ‘Log in password’ section.
  6. Create a new password. It must meet the requirements on the screen. Tap ‘Save changes’.
  7. Tap ‘Log out’.
