The iD Mobile app is available to download on most modern smartphones. Here is how to get it for your device:
iPhone (iOS).
To use the app, your device must be running iOS 16 or later.
You can download it directly from the App Store here.
Using an older iPhone?
If your device does not support iOS 16, you can still manage your account fully by visiting my.idmobile.co.uk in your web browser. You can even add this page to your Home Screen for quick access, just like an app.
Android.
To use the app, your device must be running Android 9.0 or later.
You can download it directly from the Google Play Store here.
Using a Huawei device or older phone?
If you are using a Huawei phone without Google Play Services, or an older Android device, you can manage your account by visiting my.idmobile.co.uk in your web browser.
