Monqi caretaker cannot see any activity data on son's phone

I set up my wife's phone as primary and invited myself (Dad) as caretaker. Got the 'invite' and completed the process. However, other than geo location, the elements such as apps etc have no data shown let alone allow management. Any suggestions please?

I'm not too familiar with how the caretaker mode works on that phone, but maybe a 'caretaker' user has less viewing/management over the phone than what a 'parent' user access has.

Thanks for your reply. I isn't like I have tried to navigate the Monqi help... but isn't that informative and there is little or no direct questions other than to the service desk which talk a lot about subscriptions in the downtown LA district and not helpful. I will keep digging...
