Bundle purchase not going through

It`s taken the 1 p payment but if i want top up or buy monthly bundle, at the payment say” Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.” on the 7777 number after 20 minute still nobody. The chat bot not able to solve. Any one here?

The iD agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends.

Get assistance using the online chat service, by contacting an iD agent during these time-periods.

Otherwise, you can wait here for someone from iD to respond to your post in due course.

You can also try the Sales Team by calling 020 7139 1397 during normal office hours.

Sorry to hear you’ve had issues with purchasing a PAYG bundle, If you’ve tried calling but this hasn’t worked I’d recommend trying the iD Mobile App to apply a bundle! Let us know if you need any further help.
