cancelling id pay as you go

A PAYG account will be cancelled by iD Mobile, if you just stop using your PAYG SIM card. 
After 120-days of inactivity, the account is closed and your PAYG SIM disconnected from the network. 

If you destroy your PAYG SIM card, your account will be closed 120-days later.

Otherwise, cancel by getting in-touch with iD Mobile as follows:

• Online Live Chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
• Private message using Facebook Messenger.
• DM on X (formerly Twitter).

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
