cannot log in to my account anywhere.

I want to finish using my SIM card when I emigrate next month but am unable to log into my account either with the app or online. They won’t accept my password and I get error with password or user name reply. 
 

tried to change my password by clicking on forgotten password but whatever I enter comes up with an error notice. 
 

I am going to cancel my direct debit and trash the SIM card when I leave. I have no other option. A human being not an AI would be a great help.

If you do that then your credit file will be trashed and you will be chased by debt collectors.

 

To close your account then speak to a live agent and give your notice period:

And how exactly do I get to speak to an agent if I can’t login? Will it let me speak to someone without logging in? That is my problem I think. App and web site don’t seem to work for me.

Hi @Viv, yes, you can use the Live Chat service without being signed in. Alternatively, you can speak to the Facebook or Twitter teams for assistance.
