I want to finish using my SIM card when I emigrate next month but am unable to log into my account either with the app or online. They won’t accept my password and I get error with password or user name reply.
tried to change my password by clicking on forgotten password but whatever I enter comes up with an error notice.
I am going to cancel my direct debit and trash the SIM card when I leave. I have no other option. A human being not an AI would be a great help.
