Please help sort this, I don’t have a capped limit and have unlimited calls and texts.
my reoccurring bundle is paid for and up to date.
I am not trying to call anywhere but UK numbers!
Also can’t use mobile data!

I can’t make calls either! I get told I have reached my cap and therefore can’t ring premium rate numbers, the thing is, it’s not premium rate numbers I’m trying to ring! I might have to change providers as this simply isn’t good enough.

I have already contacted support who said they would respond within 7 days. I feel like I have been given the run around by support quite frankly after doing a live chat with them for what felt like several hours this morning. At the end of my current contract I won’t be renewing it with ID. I simply can’t have a contract that doesn’t allow me to make calls on a so called unlimited calls plan. Customer Services for ID are useless.
help - this problem is also happening to me - have unlimitted minutes and am told when try to make a local phone call that I need add ons !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
