Hi, 

Hoping someone can help me please. I have added a bundle twice to my pay as you go 

I. D Sim which gas cost £20 now. However it's made no difference to the ongoing problem and it's still not allowing me to make any calls, send texts and no Internet? Everytime I try to send a text it says error 38.

I have tried turning off my phone, resetting, removing Sim card etc and it's still not working. Can ID mobile reset and check asap please?

Sounds like a network routing issue, or a settings problem on your handset.

Have your tried the online settings checker?

Do this online with the Mobile Phone & Device Settings page.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

Iam unable to access the settings checker it won't allow me too. I am lost with it all, it is very confusing for me. 

Am I able to go in to a 3 phone shop for help?

Sorry, no - iD Mobile and 3 are completely different companies.

You can go to a Currys or Carphone Warehouse store, where you might be able to get some help.
