Log in to the the iD Mobile App or My Account online, then go to the 'Bundles' section. Click 'Buy a Bundle', and you can then browse the available Bundles. Click 'Continue' on the one you want, and confirm payment to complete your purchase. You can also make this a recurring bundle, so it'll renew automatically each month, without you having to lift a finger.
