How do I cancel my SIM only? I'm within the 14 days to cancel and can't get through!

I’m trying to cancel my SIM only plan as I took out a new one not knowing that you could change your plan within the app. I know, Fail. 

I took it out on 10/11/20 as I’m within the 14 days return window but everything I try doesn’t work. (I wonder why.. ) tried to do it through online chat but no one available then tried to do it via the app and the link is either broken or says the website is under construction. 

Please help as it is incredibly frustrating!!
