ID did not port my old number. Won't let me login to APP or webpage - I'm stuck

In regards to your port which date did you select for your port to complete?
Is your number still active with your old network?

My port was due on 18th. I have twice spoken to someone at complaints but still no action.
Old number still active on old network. I have checked an Id have the correct PAC code

If you’re already in contact with the complaints team, we’d recommend keeping contact with them via 0800 049 2402 or 0800 049 1300.
