Missing upgrade

I recently applied for a SIM upgrade, but I haven’t seen any change to my account. Please can you look into this?

What is the point of ID Community if no-one from ID will respond? I can’t get through on live chat, there is no way to speak to a real human on the phone. The customer service is awful!
