My plan shows as inactive

I bought an esim PAYG plan in March 2025. I have just bought an £8 top-up which now shows on my account. However I have had a text stating  I’ve started using chargeable services and my plan is still showing as inactive. Is there something I need to do? I am in the Isle of Man.
