PAC code issue


I have submitted my PAC code but I have had a text to say there is an issue and to contact Id mobile but I cant get through to any live chat agents.

We hope the issue with your PAC code has now been resolved as it has been a few days since you posted.

Yes it's been sorted. It seemed like there error message was sent out in error. 

 

I have successfully ported my old number over.
