PAC code not working

I have requested a PAC code via text and online and its not working, the code I’m being given looks like my old vodafone pac code that I used to port here.
Can someone get me my PAC code.

My PAC code is invalid.  How do  I get another one

My pac code is saying that it isn’t related to my number so I can’t transfer my number to my new Vodafone account, can anyone help?

How long had you been with us?

Did you text PAC followed by your date of birth in DDMMYY format to 65075 to receive a PAC?
