My wife had received her sim card from id mobile on the same day as myself. I requested our pac codes from our provider ( sky ) I entered them into IDMobile transfer form as per instructions and mine is fully operational and my wife’s keep stating Error ? It’s been over five days now and it’s still not sorted ..Any help as I have tried telephoning I’d mobile without any success

It’s worth using Live Chat to connect with an agent:-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box so that you don’t go round in circles with the chatbot.
Also, make sure you have time put aside to do this as the agents connect to several chats at any one time and so you may have to wait for the chat to connect and get replies.
