How do I obtain a copy of a phone transcript between IDMobile and myself. I need proof of conversation I had early 2020. Credit Rating is shot because of £11 I paid!

Do you still require assistance with this? It’s unlikely we’d have a transcript for a conversation that happened around 4 years ago, however if you’d like to dispute a credit mark, please let us know.
