returned phone but still getting charged?

I am unable to get through to someone via live chat.

 

I bought my phone contract and returned it within 14 days as I was unhappy with the phone and contract. They received the phone and converted my sim into pay as you go. I'm still getting charged the full monthly payment of £33.99 even though I barely used my sim in my new phone. Why is this?

That shouldn’t be happening really if you returned it within 14 days. I’ll drop you a Private message now so we can check on that disconnection for you.
