Swapping numbers

I had a monthly contract with ID mobile and i’ve changed to a 24 month contract with phone (on a separate ID mobile account) and i’m unable to change my number as when i use my pac code it says i can’t use an ID mobile pac code? How am i supposed to change my number over in this situation?

Unfortunately, you can not port your existing iD number over to a new iD sim as we do not support internal migrations. If you are wanting to keep the same number we would advise cancelling your new contract and upgrading your existing iD sim.
