Does anyone know how to swap from a monthly contract plan with ID to a PAYG sim with ID? I’ve tried to change my current plan via the My Account section on the app/ website, but the only option there is to change to other monthly contracts, which is of no use to me.
Ideally it would be easiest to speak to an advisor. I’ve tried to get in contact with ID through the live chat but it doesn’t load on multiple devices despite configuring cookies - it seems like this isn’t actually available!! Its also not possible to get in touch via the phone either!

You can not switch to a Pay as you Go sim, however, you can choose to go for another sim only deal through your iD App, this way you will keep your number and generally get better value for money. Alternatively, you can cancel by requesting a PAC code and porting out, this will issue a final bill which is generated after 48 hours, and payment expected within 14 days of cancelation.
