How do I switch from a ID Mobile PAYG bundle tariff to a Pay Monthly SIM tariff without loosing service or paying double for one month ?
I have a ID Mobile SIM and want to keep that number so there must be a way just to switch across instantly but I cannot see how.

Welcome to the Community!
We are unable to move an iD Mobile pay as you go account to a pay monthly account.
You can look at a triangle port which means that you move the old iD Mobile number to a different network. Once the number reaches them you can request a PAC code and move it to the new iD Mobile pay monthly account.
