Hi, 

 

ive received my new id sim card 

and I currently with EE if I provide the pac number to you, am I able to use Ee network while swithing to ID mobile?

You can switch your number to iD Mobile by clicking HERE.

Most ports are processed within 1 day if requested between Monday and Thursday before 5pm.

You can choose a port date and can continue to use your EE SIM or iD SIM card. However on the day of the port services may be intermittent on both SIM’s whilst the port takes place.

It can take up until 10pm on the port date for the port to complete but it’s usually sooner. Once the port is completed your number will be with iD Mobile and your old EE account will disconnect.
