Unable to access my account. User name not found for mobile number.

Unable to access my account, The user name (email address) is not recognised and no user name is associated with my mobile number when trying the “forgot user name” link.

Have you registered the account in the past?  If not, please do so using the link below.

If you have registered, and just do not know what your username was, then you should be able to click the forgotten my username/ email address button on our website using that same link here:

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/

ive Re registered, which has worked!

I had 3 accounts but only 2 usernames!?
