Unable to get PAC code

Hi,

Using my old SIM I’ve sent ‘PAC’ and my DoB to 65075 but am not receiving the PAC code. I’d like to keep my old number so how can I resolve this?

You can get your PAC code by using the iD live chat service.

FYI @Ragecore, the OFCOM rules say the service provider must supply your PAC code within 1-minute when using the 65075 short-code.
