upgrade that isnt !

I received an email re an upgrade.  Applied for and received upgrade.  Notice, now, however, that thus us an additional charge, not a replacement charge.  Cannot get hold of anyone to speak about this so paying for 2 plans not one.  Need urgent help to sort thus out, please.  How do I manage this ?

Sounds like you ordered another contract rather than upgrade your existing one. Not to worry, you can cancel it!
