You can cancel your Pay as you Go SIM at any time. Whether you want to switch to a new network or just stop using the SIM, here is how to do it.

How to leave and keep your number (PAC).

To keep your number when moving to another network, you need a PAC code. Give this code to your new provider and they will handle the switch for you.

Option 1: Via Text (Free)

Text PAC followed by your Date of Birth (DDMMYY) to 65075.

Example: PAC 171202

Option 2: iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap Plan.
  3. Tap Leave iD.
  4. Tap Get PAC code.
  5. Tap Yes, proceed.

Option 3: Live Chat

If you have trouble getting your code, chat to us here.

Please note: When you cancel, you will lose any remaining credit or allowances on your account. You cannot transfer unused credit to another network.

How to leave and get a new number (STAC).

If you are moving to a new network but want a brand new number, you need a STAC code.

Option 1: Via Text (Free)

Text STAC followed by your Date of Birth (DDMMYY) to 75075.

Example: STAC 171202

Option 2: iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap Plan.
  3. Tap Leave iD.
  4. Tap Get STAC code.
  5. Tap Yes, proceed.

Option 3: Live Chat

If you have trouble getting your code, chat to us here.

Please note: Cancelling your account means you will lose any remaining credit or allowances instantly.

How to just disconnect.

If you aren't moving to another network and just want to stop using iD Mobile entirely:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap Plan.
  3. Tap Leave iD.
  4. Tap Cancel my iD plan.

Alternatively, you can chat to our team to process the cancellation.

Please note: Once disconnected, your number will be lost and any remaining credit will be forfeited.
