How do I top-up my Pay as you Go SIM?
To top-up your Pay as you Go SIM in the iD Mobile app or My Account online, you can:

- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
- Tap ‘Top-up’.
- Drag the slider or input an amount to top-up your account. Then tap ‘Next’.
- Input your billing address.
- Confirm your payment method and billing address. Tap ‘Confirm’.
- Enter your Card Number, Expiry Date and CVV. Tap ‘Submit’.
- Success! Tap ‘Done’.
