I paid my oustanding balance but I've not been reconnected. What should I do?

You’ll need to pay your outstanding balance in full before you’ll be reconnected. Once your payment has processed, it can take between 2 and 24 hours for your services to resume. If it’s been more than 24 hours and you’ve still not been reconnected, try restarting your phone.
