I paid my oustanding balance but I've not been reconnected. What should I do?

You’ll need to pay your outstanding balance in full before you’ll be reconnected. Once your payment has processed, it can take between 2 and 24 hours for your services to resume. If it’s been more than 24 hours and you’ve still not been reconnected, try removing and reinserting your iD Mobile SIM, then restart your phone.
