I paid my oustanding balance but I've not been reconnected. What should I do?

If you have paid your overdue bill in full, your services should resume automatically. However, this is not instant.

It typically takes between 2 and 24 hours for the payment to process and for the restriction to be lifted from your account.

If it has been more than 24 hours and your service is still not working, please try the following:

  • Restart your phone: Turn your device completely off and on again to force it to reconnect to the network.
  • Toggle Flight Mode: Turn Flight Mode on for 10 seconds, then turn it off again to refresh your signal.
