My debt has been passed to a debt collection agency. What happens next?

 

The Debt Collection Agency will work with you to recover the debt, either in one full payment or in instalments. The payments process is as follows:

  1. Payment is made by you to the Debt Collection Agency.
  2. We receive confirmation of payment - this can take up to 48hrs.
  3. Once the payment is made in full, you can use your plan and allowances again.

Any impact to your credit file (positive or negative) will occur up to a month after payment or dispute.
