my current monthly contract including phone ends on 28/5/20. I want to keep the phone but go over to a pay monthly SIM card. How do I do this please? Do I have to cancel the current contract and then purchase a new SIM card?

Hi @TSSgirl

You dont need to cancel your plan.

You should be able to just change your plan via the App or My account.

EDIT: Head to My Account > Upgrade  and select SIM-Only to upgrade to a SIM only plan.

This SIM-Only option may not show until the last 20-days of your contract. In some cases, it’s only available when the contract ends.

You’ll need to make sure you’re logged into the account and follow the steps to ensure you upgrade and retain your number.

Be sure not to purchase a new contract from our SIM-only page via https://www.idmobile.co.uk/sim-only-deals as this will result in a new credit check & number and we won’t be able to keep your existing number.
