3 days till new plan but cannot change phone yet?

I've got 3 days left till new plan will be available on ID mobile app but it's not showing any options. How I can change plan, order new phone in one day?

    Apologies. do you mean you are approaching your 60 days prior to the contract ending? 

    If that is the case, any available plans will become available on at the app around that time.
