already a 1d mobile customer

Why when I am a customer is it that I have seen a phone have gone to sim only has my contract had finished but I have seen a phone monthly but why is it more expensive then if I were just going to id mobile this is not right for a already customer

@Diane Large sometimes new customers get better deals than existing and vice versa. Standard industry practice i’m afraid.

You can try calling the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they should be able to help further.
