I have placed an order for a pay as you go eSIM and £20 / month unlimited plan. It took almost an hour to get the eSIM although on a pay as you go plan there are no checks to do.
Once I got the eSIM QR code I scanned it and the SIM activated correctly within a few minutes. I even received the text saying that the eSIM is now active.
Although you have charged my bank account with £20, this is not reflected in my account. My iD Mobile account shows a balance of £0 and says I have no plan active although I have already paid for the unlimited one when placing the order.
I have tried restarting the phone and turning the eSIM on and off. Nothing will work. I have tried making calls and using the data as I had hoped that this is just an error with the website but nothing works. I am now in a position where I paid you £20 for a service that is supposed to start today but it is not working although you’ve charged my bank account and confirmed it has been activated. Essentially, you took my money and provided nothing in return.
If this is an indication of the quality of service you provide I don’t think I’ll be a customer for long.
