Why am unable to make calls?  I'm being told that I've reached my cut limit even though my call plan is unlimited?

    Are you abroad or calling numbers that are not included in your inclusive allowance?

    I'm in the UK calling friends and family? It is happening with all calls and texts. Data is fine.
