Can't upgrade until the past?!

When I log in and try to upgrade it says it’s too early to upgrade and that I can only upgrade from February 2025?!

For me, within the iD app, it’s in the format of day-month-year.

Can you try logging into your account on a laptop/PC and let us know if it says the same thing?

Thank you Sian, I finally got through on the online chat. 
All sorted. 

It says 12/02/25, which I interpreted as 12th of Feb…...it means December 2nd apparently :)

No, I bought the plan on 2 April 2025. If that were the case, my upgrade date would have been nearly two months before I purchased my plan.
