cant upgrade - missing email

Even though account is created with email address when clicking on upgrade it shows missing name address and email address and refuses to go through

Try calling sales on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm.

We would recommend what ​@andewhite has said, as they would be able to put the upgrade through on the system.

 

Also, are you trying to upgrade via the app or the website?
