HelloI have just ordered a new 1 monthly sim. However I have just spotted a better plan for people who are already customers of ID. I have not received the new sim yet but my Direct Debit is all set up.What is the best course to take to get this better plan? Can I just keep the sim {when it arrives}, and change the plan?Would welcome your advice .Sue

You have a cooling-off period where you can cancel the SIM you ordered, but you will be billed for the period between activation and cancellation. Once done, you can order the better plan SIM, but you will have to pass a second credit check. If you fail this you won't have any plan at all!My advice would be to stick with the plan you currently have for a month but ask a live chat agent to change your current plan to the better plan from next month onwards.https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
