Hi 👋 could somebody help pls ? I've been with id mobile since October 2024 now if I paid my phone off would I be able to get another phone put on my contract or would it be a case of taking out a new contract entirely? ..many thanks

Unfortunately ​@Simoak, the only way to pay off the outstanding amount on a 24-month minimum term iD Mobile phone contract, is switch to another service provider or give iD 30-days notice.

If you want to stay with iD, then you’ll need to start a new 24-month minimum term phone contract.

    Hey there ​@Simoak, as kindly advised by ​@andewhite, you cannot pay off your contract and then start another, such as upgrading earlier I’m afraid.

     

    If you were to pay off your contract, it’d be a simple disconnection.
